Missed Appointment and Cancellation Policy

 Appointments booked Online

All appointments booked online are prepaid

• If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please call during regular business hours to cancel. You must call

• at least 2 hours prior to your appointment time, to ensure that you will not be charged for your appointment. If you are a no show, there won’t be a refund.

• We give a 5 minute grace period if you are running late to your appointment. If you show up past the the 5 minute grace period, we have the right to turn you away and no refund would be given. By taking you late, we would fall behind with the rest of our appointment. 

• Self cancellation or modifications to your appointment available only with the Squire App. 

   Appointments booked over the phone or in person

• Please call us during regular business hours to cancel or modify you appointment 2 hours before your scheduled time.  If you miss your appointment, you will only be able to rebook online where you would have to prepay. 

• Same goes if you are later then the given 5 minute grace period and are turned away. You will only be able to book future appointments online only.
